Program Management

Construction Program Management

Managing a construction project – irrespective of its size and budget – is not an easy task, especially if you have your core business and operations to take care of. This is why we at Pacific Retail Construction have a dedicated Program Management team to supervise your project and ensure its successful completion.

How it Works

As part of our Program Management services, you will be assigned a Project Manager (PM) exclusively for your project. The PM will act as your representative and advocate and coordinate with the vendors, designers, and contractors, supervise the entire project, and make sure it is successfully completed on time.

Single Point of Contact and Responsibility

Pacific Retail Construction’s Program Management team will act as the single source of responsibility for your entire project. Throughout the course of the project, our Project Manager will be your only point of contact and will give you regular updates on the status of the project. Our PM will also act as the liaison between suppliers and vendors and our Program Management team.

What this means is that you do not have to worry about your project at all. Right from material procurement to construction – we will take care of everything and allow you to focus on your day-to-day operations. This is a radically different approach from traditional construction projects, where you have to spend a great deal of time and effort to coordinate with all the parties involved.

Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination

Over the years, we have developed a solid network of vendors, subcontractors, and other resources, with whom we collaborate on a frequent basis. So, you can rest assured that we will hire the best of resources to complete your project in a timely manner and make sure the results meet your pre-defined objectives.

Cost Savings

We make sure that all the resources – money, construction material, equipment, manpower, space, and utilities – are used in an optimal manner to lower your overall costs, expedite the construction process, and achieve the objectives that we set out to meet at the start of the project.

We usually recommend alternative materials and employ industry-best design and construction practices, which will not only reduce your expenses upfront in many cases, but also help you save money on maintenance costs in the long run.

Obtaining Permits & Licenses

A construction project typically requires you to obtain permits and licenses from time to time. The process, however, can take time and slow down your project. This is why we have a dedicated permit expediting partner, who can obtain the necessary permits and utility connections quickly as and when needed.

Safety & Quality Compliance

Our Project Manager will ensure that all the safety and quality protocols are followed throughout the planning, design, and construction processes. The constant supervision and adherence to safety standards lowers the risk of defects and errors resulting out of poor workmanship.
